►The artist has the right to decline any commission request.

►If the requested commission is for a suggestive art, the client must provide proof that they are indeed of a legal age.

►All personal information of the client will be kept private and confidential.

►In case the client requests a fanart piece based on a third party, the artist keeps the right to redistribute the piece, or use it for commercial purposes. If the commissioned fanart piece is within the intellectual property of the client themself, a disclosure can be discussed.

►The artist reserves the right to publish and/or display all the commissioned work on social media, portfolios or at non commercial events, and use it as an example to promote the artist.

Unless said not to.

►All communications between the artist and the client regarding the work will be conducted and documented via text messages/email.

►If the work is for commercial use, a contract is necessary and must be accepted by both parties before the Artist starts to work.
